  • What hours will my virtual assistant work?
    The Greatest Assist is located in the US and we sometimes work with international clients. Your virtual assistant will work in the US time zone you prefer, (EST), (CST), or (PST) within office hours, unless special arrangements have been made and approved.
  • Are you open on holidays?
    The Greatest Assist is closed for the following US holidays. We enjoy a well-deserved break, and hopefully, you do too.   • How do I know how many hours to book if I'm wanting hourly service?
    Contact us with your task(s) that you are looking to delegate. We will provide you with an estimated quote.
  • Do you provide international support?
    Yes, on a case by case basis.
  • What does a consultation entail?
    A consultation is a chance for us to briefly get to know your needs and provide answers to any questions that may arise. From there we can see if it's a great fit to work together and if our services are a match.
  • Do you only do the services listed on your website?
    We offer a variety of services. If you would like to outsource tasks to us and are unsure if it is a service that we offer, contact us via phone or email to inquire.
  • Are packages customizable?
    Yes, all packages are customizable and delegated tasks can be tailored to your specific needs.
  • How flexible is my plan?
    If you run out of time during a billing cycle, you can add hours, as needed. The charge is slightly higher per hour, depending on your plan. You can increase the number of hours on your plan at any time, but you may not decrease. If you would like fewer hours on your plan, you can make changes for the next billing cycle.
  • Do retainer package hours roll over?
    Retainer package hours do not roll over.
  • How do you track the time used?
    Using robust time tracking software, we track the time used down to the second. We can provide weekly reports detailing the amount of time used and what has been worked on. You will be alerted well before you are close to using up your subscribed hours.
